Health Minister KKSSR Ramachandran was scared by acid durring his ascention to political power. A party man through and through his statements on policing the kidney trade have been enegmatic at best. During this press conference he both stated that violators of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act must be held accountable and jailed and that the state should rely more on cadaver donations. He has also said that if he suddenly came down with kidney failure that his family would press him to buy a kidney through the black market.
